Discover a new challenge in AI training pipeline development. We're hiring Python Developers to support our foundational LLM project working on next-generation AI models.

This role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and Python development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generating and refining datasets for SFT and contributing to RLHF workflows.
  • Running Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assessing and ranking model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Partnering with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintaining clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.

The hiring process will take approximately 75 minutes and consists of two parts:

  • A technical interview (60 minutes).

Please note that this is a contractor position with no medical/paid leave. You'll be required to commit to 20, 30, or 40 hours per week, with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST.
