Team Overview:
GEP (Guest Engagement Product) is comprised of three product portfolios – Guest Data Platform (GDP), Loyalty, and Guest Messaging – which through data, personalization, and the Target Circle Loyalty program enable relevant and connected experiences making shopping easy and fun for our guests.
Your Role:
We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead Data Enrichment and spearhead our Digital Identity strategy.
You'll play a crucial role in shaping how Target understands and interacts with our guests, ensuring we meet their needs with precision and care.
This role will have a significant impact on how we manage guest data, prioritize privacy and security, and innovate our digital identity solutions.
Data Enrichment Product:
Our product seamlessly integrates various digital identifiers to deliver a cohesive and unified guest experience across all channels, platforms, and devices.
As a product manager, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing our digital identification strategy, enhancing our capabilities for real-time personalization and precision advertising.
Your work will impact millions of users, driving engagement and ensuring a tailored, relevant experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for guest digital identity, focusing on identity matching and device stitching
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to develop strategies for promoting and driving adoption of digital products related to customer identity management
- Partner with teams across Target to create robust digital identity solutions prioritizing security and privacy
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of our digital identity initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends related to customer identity management and maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices in digital product ownership and customer identity management
- Stay updated on competitive landscape and provide recommendations for product differentiation and innovation
- Act as a subject matter expert on customer identity management, providing guidance and training to internal teams and external partners as needed
Requirements:
- ">
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
- 8+ years in product management, including experience with guest identity or marketing domains
- Retail industry experience is a plus
- Passion for understanding and enhancing the guest experience, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to lead and influence, with a track record of success in building and executing product strategies
- Strong quantitative and technical background, with experience in Agile methodologies, data management, and Adtech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing stakeholders and driving consensus
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
