Job Title

About the Job:

We're seeking an experienced Automation Testing Specialist with a strong background in software QA methodologies and tools to join our team. As an Automation Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our applications.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with RESTful API testing, Unix/Linux environments, and relational databases is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Shell.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts using various tools and technologies.
  • Maintain and update existing test scripts to ensure they are relevant and effective.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
