Business Planning and Analysis Leader

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Deliver actionable financial insights to senior leadership through clear and concise presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations on process improvements and cost control initiatives.
- Support long-term financial strategy development and business planning through data-driven decision-making.
- CA or MBA with 5–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting to drive business growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and execution mindset to navigate fast-paced dynamic environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving clarity through effective communication.
