**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our team in delivering high-quality, cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and GCP, with experience in microservices architecture and API development.

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, collaborating with architects, and contributing to the design and implementation of APIs and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical leadership for full-stack development projects, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices.
  2. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  3. Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
  4. Develop robust and scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and GCP.
  5. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
  6. Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and integrations with other systems.
  7. Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing feedback.
  8. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.
  9. Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality and performance expectations.
  10. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring project success.
  11. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development.
  12. Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and GCP.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
