In this role, you will own successful delivery of large, high-impact and highly cross-functional programs by leveraging deep technical expertise to develop detailed plans with key milestones and goals, identify and mitigate risks, solve for dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure timely and smooth program launches.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs
- Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
- Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
- Drive bi-annual roadmap and resource planning activities and deliverables
- Ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases to all stakeholders
