- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Data integrity and security are crucial aspects of this role, as well as accurate maintenance of product lifecycle data in our Engineering tools.
- Achieving consistent naming conventions, selecting correct data fields, creating change orders with clear summaries and descriptions, and linking relevant processes to items or changes is essential.
- This position involves entering data into databases, including the creation of requests and change orders per company approval process, as well as tracking these updates.
- Resolving integration issues and implementing procedures to enhance data integrity and efficiency are key responsibilities.
- Collaboration with engineering teams for data attribute and architecture support is also expected.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably with a focus on Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), is necessary.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and PLM tools is mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration across teams.
