SAP FICO Implementation Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO implementation specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a particular emphasis on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Utilize deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including integration with other modules, to drive successful deployments.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  • Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system.
  • Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure that the SAP FICO solution meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
