Senior Creative Writer Position

We are seeking a talented Senior Creative Writer to join our team. As a Senior Creative Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content for various brands across different industries.

This includes campaign planning and ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting. You will work closely with the New Business team to develop creative ideas and pitches for potential clients.

Your role will also involve presenting the entire creative plan for any campaign or narration of any script to clients on any brand.

To ensure high-quality work, you will need to follow up on award-winning standards and apply for various awards to bring recognition to the team.

You will report directly to the Creative Lead who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.

In addition, you will coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.

Your responsibilities will also include providing visual direction to the graphic design team on any idea or concept that comes from your team.

You will understand and break down briefs to junior creatives to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

You will work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that meet client goals.

You will actively present through each part of the production process from idea until the final product is uploaded.

You will conduct in-depth research about the brand, its competition, target audience, and stay updated on industry trends and online news.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the target audience and be able to create content that appeals to them.

They should also have knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and be able to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.

Key Skills: Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage a team, strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
