Job Summary

Padink Engineering seeks a skilled 3D Piping Modeler to develop and manage piping models for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and modify 3D piping models using Smart 3D software.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate representation of piping systems.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in the 3D environment.
  • Generate isometric drawings and support documentation as required.
  • Ensure models adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input on piping design.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in 3D piping modeling, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficient in Smart 3D software; knowledge of other modeling tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of piping design principles, codes, and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
