Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our team. As an integral member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and preparing working drawings for commercial and light industrial HVAC systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and preparing accurate HVAC working drawings per project standards.
  • Coordinating with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts.
  • Resolving technical issues with site teams.
  • Maintaining ISO documentation and drawing logs.
  • Supporting quantity take-offs and drawing approvals.
  • Monitoring productivity and assisting in QA/QC processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong HVAC design knowledge (chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, smoke control).
  • Familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements.
  • Proficiency in HVAC calculations and software (e.g., HAP).
  • Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks is a plus.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of related MEP systems.
Education

You will need a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and preferably HVAC training certification.
