Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Billing Specialist to join our team at Publicis Re:Sources India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer advance and final invoices, including group partners, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare media bills for alignment with media plans and send notifications to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the media buying, media planning, finance, and controlling teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Generate intercompany invoices and monthly reports on differences in DAP Media Line in coordination with the supervisor.
  • Contact vendors for missing vendor invoices and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Media Billing or Media Agency is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or equivalent preferred.
  • Background in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding of numbers.
  • Organizational skills, team spirit, and independence in work method.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel.
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge.
  • German language proficiency – B2.2 level and above.
