Senior Space Grade Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview
A partnership between leading space technology companies in India and Germany aims to create a cutting-edge production facility for small satellites. This collaboration is poised to make a significant impact, marking the first private-scale satellite production house in India and one of the world's first production lines for satellites.
Role: Quality Assurance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance of space-grade components and systems.
- Participate in design reviews to embed quality requirements.
- Conduct audits and process evaluations across vendors and internal teams.
- Evaluate traceability and configuration control of components and documentation & Version control of Designs as well as documents.
- Support risk management and failure mode analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in aerospace or space systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards like ECSS, ISRO-PAS, MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610.
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools, test benches, and environmental chambers.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
