- Prepare and update financial models with accurate information sourced from various channels.
- Create detailed transaction assessments focusing on the credit facility aspect.
- Foster collaboration with collections and sales teams to monitor delinquencies, analyze cases, and share findings with the team.
- Regularly meet with retail and strategic customers to stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
- Approve and rate clients with exposure exceeding Rs. 500L, conducting training sessions for sales partners on product policies and processes.
- Oversee post-disbursement documents such as invoices, insurance, and RC through interactions with sales and customers.
- Ensure portfolio quality by verifying documentation, post-disbursal documents, and delinquency levels.
- Pursue projects and process enhancements periodically.
- Evaluate transaction risks, business risks, financial risks, and industry risks associated with borrower industries.
- Identify relevant risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, focusing on P&L and balance sheet movements, while documenting precise reasons for these changes.
- Prepare comprehensive credit notes detailing transaction structures, views on credit, risk factors, and mitigants.
- Perform thorough financial appraisals covering business models, working capital cycles, profitability, and other key aspects.
- Develop market intelligence through engagements with professionals from other banks and FIs, discussing their policies, focus areas, and portfolio health.
- Discover opportunities for automation in existing processes and new product development.
- Maintain high standards of credit underwriting.
- Issue early warning signals for stress accounts and take timely action for exit.
- Minimize audit queries, including RBI and statutory audits, resolving them within prescribed timelines.
- Stay updated on CE/CV market practices through continuous market knowledge.
- Participate actively in customer visits.
- Provide regular MIS on market intelligence.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/CA or Equivalent.
