We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about solving real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop solutions using LLMs, such as developing and fine-tuning prompt engineering strategies for performance optimization and working on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded systems.

Apply a wide range of ML techniques including classification, clustering, embeddings, and optimization to solve complex problems.

Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems and contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and continuous improvement cycles.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)

Proficiency in prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG frameworks

Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied techniques

Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
