  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire athletes while maintaining discipline and a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage training programs and athlete development.
  • Certified Judo Coach with a degree or diploma in Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field.
