Job Description

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication among designers, developers, and QA teams.

Your expertise will also include identifying potential roadblocks or risks and proactively implementing solutions to keep the project on track. Additionally, you will define KPIs and measure the success of development milestones, ensuring user satisfaction and app retention rates.

We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential, along with experience in risk management and troubleshooting.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years specifically managing dating app or social networking app development projects
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record in successful dating app (ios and android) launches or experience with popular dating platforms
  • Knowledge of privacy and security features, especially for user-sensitive applications
  • Familiarity with user retention strategies in dating/social apps
