Job Overview :

- Seeking a highly skilled software developer with expertise in Java to join our team at MTAP Technologies.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and design skills.

- Responsibilities include creating interactive user interfaces, designing web-based technologies, and implementing server-side programming.

- Additionally, the candidate should have experience with product development, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Key skills include knowledge of Java, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and DevOps integration.

- The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new product strategies, communicating with the technical team, and implementing them effectively.

- A strong understanding of coding principles, data structures, and algorithmic techniques is essential.

- The ideal candidate will be hands-on, leading by example, and possessing technical leadership skills.

- Experience with web, mobile, and database technologies is highly desirable.

- This is a full-time role based in Gurugram, requiring 3-5 years of experience as a software developer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop new product strategies and communicate them effectively to the technical team.

- Implement server-side programming and web-based technologies using Java and other frameworks.

- Create highly interactive user interfaces for web browsers.

- Design and develop well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Collaborate with the technical team to implement DevOps integration and Agile methodologies.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning.

- Drive individual development and provide technical leadership to the team.

Required Skills :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design skills.

- Expertise in Java and object-oriented programming.

- Knowledge of design patterns and DevOps integration.

- Experience with product development, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
