Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Oracle C2M Solutions Architect. This position requires a deep understanding of customer care and billing (CC&B), meter data management (MDM), service-based architecture, field service integration, smart grid gateway, and meter-to-cash processes.

About the Role:

  • C2M Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CC&B, MDM, service orders, billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and utility operations is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, Oracle MFT, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, head-end system integration, AMI, SCADA data flows, data modeling, batch processing, schema design, validation rules, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, performance optimization techniques, role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards.
  • Architectural and Leadership Skills: Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capability to lead cross-functional teams, risk identification and mitigation planning, and exposure to cloud migration strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities C2M implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong understanding of utility operations, customer information systems, and meter data management.
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Oracle Utilities, Oracle Integration Cloud, or related technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
