Job Opportunity

A Senior Scientist in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) is required to support the development of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. DMPK Study Design and Execution: The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and executing DMPK studies to support ADC and mAb programs from discovery through IND-enabling stages.
  2. Biologics Quantification: Quantify biologics including antibodies, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, and peptides using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
  3. Bioinformatics Tools: Utilize advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
  4. Innovative Techniques: Apply innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates with a focus on DMPK profiling.
  5. Data Interpretation: Interpret complex DMPK data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional project teams.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to address ADC-related challenges and deliver integrated solutions.
  7. SOP Authoring and Review: Author and review SOPs, study protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation to support GLP and non-GLP studies.
