We have expanded our global footprint, serving esteemed clients in over 30 countries across 6 continents.

  • Create seamless travel experiences for employees, management, and guests by handling end-to-end travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings.
  • Liaise with travel agents, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services.
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required.
  • Monitor travel expenses and submit regular reports to the management team.
  • Ensure all travelers have necessary documents and itineraries.
  • Provide assistance during emergency travel situations or last-minute changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a diploma in Travel and Tourism is an asset.
  • 4–6 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage requests efficiently.
