Job Title: Security Risk Mitigator

This role involves providing physical security services, planning and executing risk mitigation initiatives to ensure asset protection in designated areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain customer satisfaction in accordance with global security standards and policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from business and corporate functions to achieve security objectives
  • Analyze areas of vulnerability at the facility, sort center, and delivery station level, including delivery partners
  • Work closely with concerned stakeholders to mitigate the causes of theft and loss
  • Conduct regular risk assessments for respective sites and work in accordance with security policies and guidelines
  • Handle emergency and crisis situations using excellent thought process and decision-making skills
Key Tasks:
  1. Rationalize, roster, and review guard forces periodically to achieve optimum results
  2. Provide training and development programs for guard forces on processes and procedures
  3. Implement and follow up on security plans
  4. Review post-site instructions
  5. Generate reports - daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and annually
  6. Patrol observations and corrective actions, and follow up on these
  7. Ensure compliance with YMS and TBS standards
  8. Ensure all posts meet 4M and 5S standards
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent through experience and professional certification
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in security and risk management roles, law enforcement, or security-related professions
  • Extensive knowledge of security equipment and technology
  • Experience in managing or coordinating complex security investigations

This role requires a strong understanding of security processes and systems, as well as experience in security auditing and emergency response. Preferred candidates will have a background in criminology or forensics, or be graduates or postgraduates in related fields.
