Job Title: Power Apps Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps solution architect to lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as expertise in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role requires both hands-on development and strategic leadership, ensuring that all solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of InfoPath forms into Power Apps, modernizing workflows and building efficient, user-friendly replacements.
  • Design and develop complex Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AI Builder).

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
