About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures to protect our clients' sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend enhancements.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint protection methods and cybersecurity technologies, including adaptive technologies, antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore service to clients.
  • Apply technical and process knowledge to resolve client requests or tickets without breaching service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in 3 or more areas of security, including antivirus (EPP), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and anti-advanced persistent threat (Anti-APT) technologies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware of EPP/EDR/HIPS/Anti-APT technologies.
  • Response to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines.
  • Record, track, and document the request problem-solving process, including actions taken.
  • Understanding of Trend Micro/Trellix technologies.
  • Analyze and fix risk and scan logs.
  • Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.
  • Interact with OEM for any incident.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
  • Education: All B.E, B.Tech eligible except Mechanical and Civil. No 3 years degree program is eligible. No MBA with 3 years UG is eligible.
  • CCNA certification in must, CCNP in Security or PCNSE certification is good to have.
