We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Visualizer to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual architectural designs into realistic 3D visualizations and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 3D architectural models based on 2D drawings, sketches, or conceptual designs.
  • Develop photo-realistic visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, D5, or similar software.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic 3D representations, while providing input during the design process to improve spatial aesthetics and functionality.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Architecture and Interior Modelling Design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture or related field
  • Experience with 3D modeling software and tools

Beyond your technical expertise, you should possess excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization and modeling.
