Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating digital campaigns, and ensuring timely delivery of projects within agreed budgets and timelines. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build long-lasting relationships with them
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital monthly calendars, strategies, campaign plans, and other initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights for optimization, and ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to meet client expectations and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Address and resolve client concerns effectively and promptly
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Account Strategist with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management and multitasking skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media insights. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in digital account management or a similar role in a digital marketing agency.
Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
