Job Title: Data Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a data engineer who can write PySpark and SQL codes.
  • The ideal candidate will have ample knowledge of Spark processing and AWS cloud tech stacks like S3, IAM, Glue, SNS, SQS, Redshift, Lambda, EventBridge, Athena, etc.
  • Familiarity with Airflow is a plus.
  • The developer should have good experience in Athena, Python code, Glue, Lambda, DMS, RDS, Redshift, Cloud Formation, and other AWS serverless resources.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing data models for performance and efficiency, writing SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting, and designing and implementing ETL processes to load data into the data warehouse.
  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements for data-related projects.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a data engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Spark processing and AWS cloud tech stacks.
  • Good experience in Athena, Python code, Glue, Lambda, DMS, RDS, Redshift, Cloud Formation, and other AWS serverless resources.

Preferred Skills:

  • Airflow
