  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related support service field.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting applications, including CCH Engagement, Thomson GoSystem Tax, XCM, TaxCaddy, and SurePrep.
  • Experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment.
  • Associate degree in an IT-related field or combination of education and technical training.
  • Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ certification.
