Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, along with experience in leading account teams.
- Assist with the management of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for creating content calendars, reports and executing ORM on social media with the help of tools or natively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
- Support the development of presentations for campaigns, reports and content calendars.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital (primarily social media) and traditional advertising channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
