Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned investment expert to lead our wealth management team. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial guidance and portfolio management services to clients.

Responsibilities:


• Develop lasting relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and risk tolerance.


• Provide bespoke investment advice and recommendations based on individual client needs and circumstances.


• Manage clients' portfolios and monitor performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with goals and risk tolerance.


• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.


• Stay current with industry trends and news, providing regular updates to clients.


• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing new clients and opportunities.


• Foster a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating them to clients.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality and compliant services.


• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Requirements:


• 10+ years of experience in wealth management.


• Proven track record of building and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.


• Strong grasp of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex investment issues.


• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.


• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
