As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects across both OT and IT domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple engagements simultaneously.

You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional communication and project management skills.

Your expertise will lie in defining delivery plans, allocating resources, managing risks, and ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.

You will also be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLAs, cost, effort, and productivity metrics across all engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Ownership

  • Own and execute cybersecurity projects from start to finish, across both OT/IT domains.
  • Develop and implement delivery plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as SLAs, cost, effort, and productivity metrics across all engagements.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational or client issues, ensuring swift resolution.

Client Engagement & Governance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain regular review and reporting cadence with clients.
  • Translate client needs into actionable tasks, ensuring alignment with contractual scope.

Team & People Management

  • Manage a team of delivery personnel, including leads and engineers.
  • Develop high-performing teams and drive retention through effective leadership and mentorship.

Process Adherence & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to industry-standard delivery frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
  • Institutionalize reusable delivery accelerators, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
