We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Software Assurance Engineer. This role will lead a product quality ownership for assigned product lines, establish end-to-end quality strategies, and gain support from multi-discipline teams using Agile methodologies.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an applicable engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- CMMI certification or CSQE certification from ASQ
- Experience and knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and Agile methodology
- Knowledge of industry standards for coding methodologies, test tools used, and security methods like Threat Modelling & Penetration testing
Responsibilities
- Lead cause failure analysis (RCFA) to ensure corrective and preventive actions address systemic root causes and eliminate repeats.
- Apply structured analytical techniques to resolve complex issues and improve performance results.
- Drive issues to resolution with high complexity and urgency.
- Establish product quality plans that encompass world-class tools and methodologies.
- Take a stand on decisions that impact quality and quantitatively assess risks for better data-driven decision-making.
