Inventory Management Professional

The role of Inventory Management Professional involves overseeing the smooth operation of a store department. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless gate entry and material receipt, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, developing strong communication skills to effectively manage inventory, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and optimizing stock levels to reduce waste.

  • Coordinate with security, buyer, stores, welding engineering, and F&A for gate entry and material receipt.
  • Maintain compliance with GST, taxation, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively manage inventory and coordinate with various departments.
  • Conduct regular perpetual verification and visual inspection to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
  • Manage fast-moving and slow-moving inventories, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with ERPLN warehouse module and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

This role requires excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about inventory management and process improvement.
