Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Design Engineer to lead our ASIC design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDA tools and flows, with experience in Fusion compiler based RTL2GDS flow. They will be responsible for independent planning and execution of all aspects of physical design, including floor planning, place and route, Clock Tree Synthesis, and physical verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design team in the development of complex ASICs
  • Develop and implement EDA tool flows for RTL2GDS conversion
  • Ensure timing closure and physical verification of designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in ASIC physical design
  • Deep understanding of EDA tools and flows
  • Experience with Fusion compiler based RTL2GDS flow
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
