Job Title: Senior Director of Client Success

This is a high-profile leadership position that demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, strong analytical thinking abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior executives in developing and implementing the company's long-term strategic vision.
  • Lead business development efforts and monitor their progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to drive departmental success.
  • Build and maintain effective teams that can deliver results and meet customer expectations.
  • Regularly review and audit client service delivery to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Ensure timely identification and mitigation of risks that may impact business continuity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least 15 years in managing operations with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience of leading multiple teams with a minimum size of 50 employees.
  • Strong understanding of client service lifecycle management and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
  • Experience of managing vendor relationships and implementing productivity metrics.
  • Capacity to identify and deliver on projects resulting in cost savings, process improvements, and customer satisfaction enhancements.
  • Experience of conducting NPS and customer surveys to drive best practices implementation.
