**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing scientific experiments and GMP testing or pilot plant processes.

  • Design and plan scientific experiments and GMP testing or pilot plant processes to prepare and deliver generic products, processes, or procedures.
  • Maintain and qualify equipment/infrastructure and manage operational aspects in lab or plant as assigned.
  • Meet quality, quantity, and timelines in all assigned projects.
  • Align own activities with the overall drug development process.

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Provide raw data documentation, evaluation, and results interpretation.
  • Propose and provide input for the design of next experiments.
  • Optimize existing methods, procedures, workflows (lab or plant) and develop more efficient ones.

**Scientific Experimentation:**

  • Conduct scientific experiments to support drug development.
  • Interpret results and document findings.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in science and technology.
  • Experience in laboratory settings and/or pilot plant operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
