Job Overview:

Our team seeks an experienced Oracle PBCS specialist with a proven track record of implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting. The ideal candidate will have led successful end-to-end implementations in HP and E/PBCS, possessing advanced technical knowledge on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.

  • Application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration are key areas of expertise required for this role.
  • Familiarity with the Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting process is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the integration capability of HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management is necessary.

Qualifications:

A B.Tech or MCA degree is mandatory for this position.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, as well as great presentation skills to articulate business and technologies to stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
  • The ideal candidate should be confident, assertive, and open to travel based on project needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting would be an added advantage.
