We are seeking an accomplished Landscape Professional to lead our team in designing and delivering large-scale landscape projects.

About the Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project development, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements:

  • M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-5 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-7 years of experience in Landscape Design.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly SketchUp and Photoshop.
