Job Title: Cloud Architect Lead

Job Description:

The role of the Cloud Architect Lead is to develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives. This includes designing and governing large-scale infrastructure and cloud deployments, as well as evaluating emerging technologies such as Zero Trust, SD-WAN, SASE, Edge Computing, and Infra-as-Code.

  • Architecture Strategy & Blueprinting
  • Define and maintain the global infrastructure and cloud architecture blueprint.
  • Align designs with business continuity, scalability, cybersecurity, and performance goals.
  • Champion platform rationalization and simplification initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a strong background in enterprise architecture across compute, storage, network, identity, and cloud, as well as advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid models. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of designing and governing large-scale infrastructure and cloud deployments.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Architect).
  • TOGAF, ITIL Foundation preferred.
  • Network/Security certifications (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) beneficial.
