Private 5G Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge Private 5G solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.
  • Define wireless coverage requirements and select radio solutions as per project needs.
  • Provide RAN network interference analysis and mitigation support, including dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
  • Assist customers in understanding spectrum requirements and procure private 5G spectrum (location-wise).
  • Prepare bill of materials (BOM) and bill of quantities (BOQ) as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product and solution offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Develop technical proposals responses for tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of 5G RAN technologies and wireless communication systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
