Job Overview:

This is a leadership role within our organization responsible for driving brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy across multiple product lines, emphasizing deepening equity and effective execution in diverse market settings.
  • Masterbrand Architecture: Design and build masterbrand architecture strategies on the category level, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Positioning and Campaigns: Craft positioning with strong BCI (Brand Control Index) and develop 360-degree brand campaigns to drive equity and preference.
  • Digital Presence: Create a multi-channel communication strategy for the master brand, leveraging product superiority, core brand thematic, and purpose-driven campaigns.
  • Visual Identity: Build brand purpose platforms and develop 'Always On' digital plans for a 12-month calendar.
  • Performance Metrics: Deliver brand health metrics through the brand program with impactful and innovative communication plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in core brand management, preferably in the FMCG category, with handling of significant brand campaigns.
  • Educational Background: MBA with a major in Marketing preferred.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of gathering consumer insights, deriving strategic execution-oriented insights, and efficiently managing marketing & media budgets.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to jointly drive business KPIs.
