Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate SailPoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing Identity Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and customizing key SailPoint modules, including connectors, rules, lifecycle events, roles, SoD, certifications, and reports. They will also ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements across IAM processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Identity Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Configure and customize key SailPoint modules.
  • Integrate SailPoint solutions with IAM technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements across IAM processes.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvements in IAM.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Preferred: SailPoint IdentityIQ certifications (Engineer / Architect).
  • Additional certifications such as Java or Agile methodology are a plus.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Identity Management solutions.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong Java programming experience with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
  • Experience with IAM technologies: Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, SaaS applications.

Skills:

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Strong Java development skills and OOP concepts.
  • Experience with IAM technologies.

Desirable Skills:

  • SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityIQ Architect).
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Exposure to Agile methodology.
  • Java certification.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers or associates.
