Growth Specialist Role

Drive pipeline growth for VLSI, ASIC, and design services by identifying and researching potential clients in semiconductor sectors.

  • Utilize platforms like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info, and CRM tools to build lead pipelines.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate discovery calls between leads and sales stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Support strategic research, competitor analysis, and client profiling.

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with an undergraduate degree in Electronics/ECE/Electrical.
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (B2B tech preferred).
  • Brief understanding of semiconductor terminology is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales outreach platforms.
  • Highly motivated, research-driven, and detail-oriented.
