Senior Backend Software Engineer

Delivering high-quality backend services is crucial for a company's success. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using cutting-edge technologies like FastAPI and Django.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop robust backend services that meet the required specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services with frontend applications.
- Optimize server performance, focusing on low latency and high throughput.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and debugging strategies with industry-standard tools.
- Work with asynchronous programming and have a deep understanding of Python's internals.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development with FastAPI and Django.
- Proven track record of building and scaling microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and Python internals.
- Deep understanding of database design principles.
- Hands-on experience in server optimization, performance tuning, and profiling.
- Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in AI code helper tools and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and their application in backend development.
- Contributions to open-source projects or side projects showcasing backend expertise.
