Our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead the development of solutions based on system best practices and business priorities.

We are looking for a Product Owner with a strong background in P&O systems and tools, as well as experience with Agile methodologies and Service Management.

The ideal candidate will partner with business representatives and DDIT to design and implement solutions. They will oversee and lead the systems solution design and configuration, ensuring consistency with overarching architecture design and principles.

Additionally, the candidate will provide technical support to ensure good system health and efficient workflows. This includes resolving system issues and performing root cause analysis.

They will also produce and manage reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide relevant insights to stakeholders.

In this role, the Product Owner will collaborate with vendors, integration partners, and Managed Service Providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions based on system best practices and business priorities.
  • Oversee and lead the systems solution design and configuration.
  • Provide technical support to ensure good system health and efficient workflows.
  • Produce and manage reports, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with vendors, integration partners, and Managed Service Providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in P&O systems or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' knowledge and experience with P&O technologies and tools.
  • Experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Service Management.
