As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer II, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective testing strategies to identify and report defects.
- You will manage QA campaigns for new and existing features/bugs, defining testing strategies and communicating with team members to improve the campaign based on feedback.
- Development and maintenance of Automated Test frameworks and systems.
- Review automation code and provide suggestions to enhance the overall quality of the product.
- Work closely with developers and other QA engineers to discuss defects and resolutions.
- Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance.
- Coordinate and manage automated testing efforts for concurrent projects and software releases, including coordinating test automation schedules, environments, and configuration requirements for assigned testing activities and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance professional with participation in the quality lifecycle of manual and automated testing approaches.
- 3+ years of experience in automation framework development for web applications.
- Technical knowledge of automation using Java, Selenium, Cypress, API Automation, Cucumber, Gatling, and Jenkins.
- Working knowledge and experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Linux.
- Ability to read, write, and analyze SQL database queries (Oracle).
- Test reporting knowledge using Jira and other tools.
- The ability to estimate effort, make and meet commitments is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, ability to own self-manage daily tasks and communicate with teams remotely.
