Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning animations, videos, and social media content.

  • Create high-quality motion graphics for digital, web, and video platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketers to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and produce engaging motion graphics that meet project requirements.
  2. Develop visual elements such as typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project needs.
  3. Edit and post-produce videos with motion graphics elements.
  4. Maintain brand consistency across all motion content.
  5. Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas or techniques.
  6. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in motion graphics or related creative roles.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
  • A keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and work in a collaborative team environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.
