Strategic Academic Leader - Visual Design

We are seeking a seasoned academic professional to serve as a strategic leader in visual design. This individual will provide visionary leadership, operational management, and academic excellence to the vertical of the school.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in higher education, business acumen, and knowledge of corporate governance. They will be responsible for managing academic resources, product quality, and operational efficiencies while fostering a student-centered learning environment.

This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 12+ years of experience in a senior academic/business role with exposure to best-in-class business practices, strong financial acumen, and knowledge of corporate governance.

The successful candidate will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to promote multidisciplinary teams, implement effective budgeting controls, and develop competitive marketing and sales strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing academic and business leadership to the vertical of the school
  • Managing academic resources, product quality, and operational efficiencies
  • Fostering a student-centered learning environment
  • Working closely with faculty, staff, and students to promote multidisciplinary teams
  • Implementing effective budgeting controls and developing competitive marketing and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Relevant Master's Degree
  • At least 12+ years of experience in a senior academic/business role
  • Exposure to best-in-class business practices, strong financial acumen, and knowledge of corporate governance
  • Ability to formulate a strategy on products & services and anticipate and respond to industry market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
