Key Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Business Leader to join our Data Science team. This position requires working on complex data projects with significant business impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling to drive business growth.
  • Understand the dynamics of global markets and their implications on business operations.
  • Design and optimize digital trading platforms and systems for improved efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Solve business problems using data-driven approaches, collaborating with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Leverage domain expertise to conceptualize and deliver high-impact projects.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering discipline.
  • 10-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting, with a focus on Enterprise wide reporting systems and dashboard development.
  • 2-3 years of team management experience handling a minimum team size of 2-3 analysts.
  • Ability to think independently and define KPIs that align with business strategy and goals.

Data Engineering Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks on Azure and AWS.
  • Ability to design and optimize data pipelines for complex data transformations.

Professional Development

  • Institutionalize business and domain knowledge gained through knowledge management principles and techniques.
  • Coach and mentor team members on day-to-day basis to enhance domain knowledge and business understanding.
  • Build technical capability for self and team starting with AWS data bricks and other cloud technology.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management are crucial.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
