We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our organization. As a critical member, you will play a pivotal role in informing strategic decisions across various departments as we continue to grow and expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance internal data warehouses and reporting systems for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Develop SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Create compelling dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams, providing actionable insights and trends.
  • Design and implement templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking, facilitating informed decision-making.

Product & Behavioral Analytics

  • Manage and configure tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, leveraging their capabilities to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Set up and maintain tracking for user actions and product features, enabling data-driven optimization.

Attribution & Campaign Tracking

  • Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters and campaign data, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to validate attribution data, driving alignment and consistency.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Foster strong relationships with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs and requirements.
  • Develop guides and tools that facilitate seamless access and understanding of data, empowering team members to make informed decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience optimizing queries and data models for enhanced performance.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools, leveraging their capabilities to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms, utilizing their features to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution, including UTM parameters and data validation.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake, expanding your technical expertise and versatility.
  • Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models, adapting to dynamic market conditions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams, embracing agility and innovation.
